This exhibition presents works personally selected by Ryozo Makino to explore the possibilities of visual environments in set design and performance spaces. How do we communicate and express the difference in information between two different formats, the opera and the opera concertante, which focuses on the music? This exhibition explores the role of set design through sets reconstructed in the gallery space and videos of the performances.
