Old religious implements using organic materials carry timeless charm. This exhibition focuses on introducing such items from our Folk Art Gallery’s collection, mainly aids for prayer, made from paper, wood, straw, and other natural materials. These decorative artifacts were made with care to welcome the gods on special festivals or other annual events. Through their beauty and the warmth of their materials, they provide an opportunity to experience the thinking and ingenuity of our forefathers.
