Stasys Eidrigevičius: Images—Representations of Memories

This exhibition celebrates the 100th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Poland and Japan by presenting the work of one of a Poland’s leading artists, Stasys Eidrigevičius. With a primary focus on paintings, the miniatures and pastels produced during this artist’s half-century long career, this exhibition also includes along with bookplates, picture books, and posters, photographs and theatrical performancesstage scenery designs. It traces these “Representations of Memories” in portraits that convey the essential nature and appeal of this artist’s work.
